Whole-Body Support for Your Health & Wellbeing

If you’ve been referred here by your counsellor, you’re in the right place. I offer 1:1 consultations that consider how your mental health, physical health, and day-to-day life may be influencing how you feel — emotionally and physically.

It can help to think of health like a pie made up of different pieces. Counselling and talk therapy is an important piece — other parts such as lifestyle, stress levels, nervous system regulation and your body’s internal systems (physiology) also play a role in how we feel overall.
These sessions are designed to complement the work you’re already doing in counselling by exploring those other pieces of the picture.

You don’t need any experience with holistic or alternative health to begin.

Why work with another practitioner alongside counselling?

Counselling is powerful for understanding thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
At the same time, many challenges also show up in the body — through fatigue, pain, digestion/ sleep issues, or ongoing stress and tension.

My role is to support the physical and inner body systems (physiology) of healing, so you have the support you need to feel safer, steadier, and more resilient.

The work we do together complements counselling.

What we might explore together

In our sessions, we may look at things like:

  • Stress and nervous system patterns

  • Sleep, energy, and fatigue

  • Digestion and appetite

  • Hormones and monthly/ daily rhythms

  • Pain, tension, or physical discomfort

  • Day-to-day routines, work situation and lifestyle

  • Pathology tests like blood samples (to check iron levels for example).

How this fits with counselling

These sessions aim to work alongside your counselling sessions.
Many people find that when the body feels more balanced:
- emotions feel easier to process
- stress feels less overwhelming
- therapy insights land more gently

I’m happy to work with your counsellor as part of a support team, with your consent.

We’ll go at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

What a session together might look like

Our first session is simply about getting to know you.

I’ll ask questions about; how you’ve been feeling; your health history (only what you’re comfortable sharing); your daily routines and current stressors.

I’ll then reflect back what I’m noticing — helping you understand how different parts of your body and life may be interacting.
There is no pressure, no fixing, no judgment.

After the session, I’ll send you a clear, personalised plan with simple, practical suggestions you can choose to explore.
